MRC launches Happy Place Exhibition

We need you to help us share some good vibes in our 'Happy Place' exibition!

In a bid to get people connecting within the community, MRC are creating a positive energy space within our centre to promote the unique and diverse people who make our building, and our community thrive.

We want to showcase the importance of accepting everyone's individuality and quirks, and encourage members of the community to share more with each other pioneering for a happier and healthy future.

Did you know: 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (like anxiety and depression) in any given week in England, however reports from both England and Wales suggest that only 1 in 8 adults with a mental health problem are currently receiving any kind of treatment.

If you have ever felt lonely, you will know how much it helps to have even a small connection with someone else. Lets share our creative side and support each other.
