The Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés (previously called crisis cafes) are part of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s local support for people who need immediate help with their mental health. The cafes are drop in centres for anyone to come and talk to us about their mental health – no appointment needed. We have supportive staff who can listen and provide practical support. Drop in for a non judgemental chat with our team to talk over any challenges you may be facing currently. The team offer a range of mindful activities with different themes each week. Here you can spend time with peers, join in with various activities at your own leisure, and discuss anything that may be on your mind.
