Meeting Room Hire

The Marlene Reid Centre (MRC) is a thriving community hub located in the heart of Coalville. MRC was built in 1881 and is a former chapel with lots of character.

With the help and dedication of our amazing staff and volunteers, we have recentley redecorated the community centre and our meeting rooms. 

Our meeting rooms can be hired for the purpose of one meeting or they can be hired for short or long term purposes.

Meeting Rooms Available 

Community Hall

  • - A large open spaced Hall with kitchen and toilet facilities,  this can hold up to 100 people

Conference Rooms

  • - Large conference room with loop system, this can hold up to 75 people 

- Conference Room A which can hold up to 30 people 

- Conference Room B which can hold up to 25 people 

- Conference Room C which can hold up to 20 people 

- Committee Room which can hold up to 30 people 

Private Small Office / Interview Rooms

- Interview Room 2 which can hold up to 2 people 

- Interview Room 3 which can hold up to 4 people 

- Interview Room 4 which can hold up to 4 people  

All our meeting rooms are priced by the hour with optional refreshments and resources. Click here for costs!
